Our OG session format - fun, social games at your own pace and for all abilities. Have a chat at the side while you wait and when a court becomes free, jump on and have some fun! We'll have banging tunes playing in the background so we don't be surprised if you see some boogying on the court. Join in when your anthem comes on!
Social sessions are the perfect place to start your Budminton journey. Our hosts will be on hand to go over some of the basics with you if you're completely new to the sport!
